The Ribex ROCO MAXI VERTICAL combines a powerful 18 kW heating oven with a pneumatic vertical-movement vacuum press, purpose-built for shaping solid surface materials and thermoplastics up to 800 mm in height. Its 3800 x 1250 mm heating chamber uses the ROCO hot-air circulation system and 150 mm insulated walls to deliver uniform heat up to 230°C, while the 4100 x 1300 mm multi-hole vacuum table pairs with a German Becker rotary-vane pump for consistent, high-force forming.
Operators control every cycle through a PLC-driven HMI touch screen with multilingual menus, digital vacuum and timer readouts, and preset programs for different workshops. The machine ships with a heat-resistant wire grill and a portable stainless-steel perforated plate, and can be optioned with a high-membrane kit for molding up to 950 mm or a 100 m³/h Becker pump for faster vacuum performance.

How to use
Load the material onto the stainless-steel perforated plate or wire grill, slide it into the heating chamber, and close the tight-sealing lid. Set the desired temperature and heating time via the PLC touch screen. Once the material reaches forming temperature, transfer it to the vacuum table, lower the pneumatic press with the silicone membrane, and activate the vacuum cycle. The digital on-screen gauges and timers allow precise control, while preset programs streamline repeat jobs.
