2. Exclusion of Original Manufacturer Warranties (OEM)

Any and all operational warranties, product descriptions, safety certifications, or performance guarantees are provided exclusively by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Huff Floorcovering Inc. does not assume, modify, or extend any OEM warranty protections. Buyers are directed to register their machinery directly with the manufacturer to manage valid factory hardware protections, component defects, or mechanical
servicing claims.

3. Absolute Limitation of Operational Liability

Under no circumstances shall Huff Floorcovering Inc., its officers, directors, or technology operators be legally liable to any commercial purchaser, business entity, or third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential operational damages. This exclusion explicitly encompasses:

• Business Interruptions: Financial losses stemming from industrial equipment downtime, facility assembly delays, or project deadline overruns.

• Revenue Losses: Lost commercial production profits, processing yields, or business opportunities resulting from machinery performance variance.

• Structural Damages: Physical field facility damages, power infrastructure cross-faulting, or logistical installation incidents.

4. Industrial Safety, Compliance & Operator Licensing

Industrial machinery sold through this storefront involves high-voltage power networks, sharp rotating components, and specific workplace hazards. The Purchaser maintains sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory standards, including OSHA regulations. Huff Floorcovering Inc. completely disclaims any legal liability arising from improper machinery installation, uncertified industrial power configurations, inadequate operator safety training, or catastrophic workplace accidents.

5. Indemnification Framework

By completing a purchase, funding an invoice, or clearing an e-commerce deposit, the Purchaser explicitly agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Huff Floorcovering Inc. from any third-party claims, regulatory enforcement actions, structural property losses, or personal injury litigation arising directly out of the deployment, field configuration, or operation of the acquired machinery.
