All heavy machinery pricing is subject to change without notice. Invoiced balances are frequently split into front-end e-commerce down payments (cleared via our authorized storefront processing clearinghouses like ISEARCH4EQUIPMENTS) and remaining financed balances routed through certified commercial underwriting lenders.

3. Governing Law
