Shipping & Logistics Terms

Because isearch4equipments.store distributes high-ticket, industrial-grade woodworking and flooring machinery, our shipping protocols follow strict heavy-freight commercial standards.

1. Freight and Delivery Logistics

All machinery orders are processed and shipped via specialized commercial freight carriers. Standard domestic delivery timelines vary based on manufacturer availability, customs processing, and specific delivery site requirements. All shipments include comprehensive cargo tracking.

2. Receiving & Liftgate Requirements

Commercial clients are solely responsible for ensuring the delivery destination is equipped to handle heavy freight arrivals (e.g., loading docks, forklifts, or dedicated riggers). Any special logistics amendments or accessorial charges (such as residential delivery or liftgate requirements) must be cleared and noted on the final invoice prior to dispatch.

3. Inspection & Freight Damage

The buyer must thoroughly inspect all crates and equipment components immediately upon arrival before signing the carrier’s Bill of Lading. Any structural or functional damage sustained during transit must be noted explicitly on the delivery receipt and reported to us within 24 hours to initiate insurance claims.
