Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund policy at isearch4equipments.store is structured around commercial B2B heavy machinery procurement standards under Huff Floorcovering Inc.

1. Down Payments and Cancellations
Front-end digital down payments processed through our e-commerce platform or clearinghouses are deployed immediately to secure manufacturer allocations and lock in heavy machinery production queues. Consequently, finalized equipment orders are non-cancellable once manufacturing queues are committed.

2. Return Restrictions
Due to the specialized, high-ticket nature of industrial woodworking and flooring machinery, all heavy equipment sales are final. Standard returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted. In the rare event that a return is authorized in writing by executive corporate management, it will be subject to a standard restocking fee plus all associated two-way heavy freight logistics costs.

3. Equipment Warranty & Defects
All machinery is backed by standard factory or manufacturer warranties. If a machine arrives with a technical defect or operational failure, we will coordinate directly with the manufacturer's technical field team to dispatch replacement parts or field service engineers to restore full utility immediately.
