Compatibility
Compatible with all types of solid surface materials and thermoplastics. The oven grill can be supplemented with an optional portable stainless steel perforated plate measuring 2000 x 1000 mm for processing thermoplastic sheets.
How to use
Load the solid surface or thermoplastic sheet onto the optional stainless steel perforated plate or oven grill. Use the PLC and HMI touch screen controller to set the desired temperature and heating time. Once the material reaches the correct flexibility, transfer it to the vacuum table and activate the vacuum cycle to form and cool the piece. The controller offers test, manual, and automatic program modes for different workshop needs.
