Ribex ROBO Double Table Vacuum Press 415V

The Ribex ROBO Vacuum Press is a new-generation double-table machine engineered for high-efficiency flat and 3D lamination of PVC foils onto MDF, chipboard, and plywood. Manufactured in Turkey, it is ideally suited for producing doors, cabinet panels, and furniture components for kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The process combines high-temperature quartz heating with a gradual vacuum press cycle, ensuring a flawless finish through negative suction pressure.

This model features a fully automatic touchscreen LG LS PLC system and integrated cooling fans to maximize production speed. With a total cycle time of just 4-5 minutes, independent vacuum and temperature controls, and a robust 1750 kg double-table construction, the ROBO delivers consistent, industrial-grade results. An optional silicone membrane expands its capability to laminate veneers and other materials, while safety sensors and an ergonomic design ensure reliable, low-maintenance operation.

How to use

Place the workpiece on the table and position the PVC foil or laminate material over it. The automatic cycle begins with high-temperature quartz heating, followed by a gradual vacuum press cycle that uses negative suction pressure to bond the foil to the substrate. The integrated PLC touchscreen allows for precise control of temperature, vacuum, and cycle timing.
