Orma FRA Corian Solid Surface Oven
The Orma FRA heating kiln is engineered to uniformly heat solid surface sheets up to 160°C, precisely matching the cycle time required for subsequent cooling. This dedicated oven ensures optimal material pliability before forming.
Designed for professional solid surface fabrication, the FRA integrates seamlessly with the FVM vacuum press system. After heating, the material transfers to the press where it is shaped over MDF or plywood jigs using vacuum and membrane action, accommodating workpieces up to 500 mm in height.

Compatibility
The Orma FRA oven is designed to work in tandem with the Orma FVM cold vacuum forming press. It prepares solid surface sheets for the FVM press, which shapes workpieces up to 500 mm in height using vacuum and membrane action.
How to use
Load solid surface sheets into the FRA kiln and heat uniformly to the required temperature up to 160°C. Once the heating cycle is complete, transfer the pliable material to the FVM vacuum press for shaping over a jig.
