Orma Duplex Corian Oven and Press
The Orma Duplex combines a heating kiln and a cold vacuum forming press into one efficient machine, designed for shaping solid surface materials like Corian. A jig made from MDF or plywood holds the preheated composite, which is then formed in the upper section using vacuum membrane action with a maximum working height of 500 mm.
Optional upgrades extend the working height to 900 or 1200 mm, and a sublimation kit can be added for transferring images onto workpieces, making it a versatile solution for advanced fabrication workshops.
