The CMC CMA 2000 louver groover is engineered for the simultaneous production of both rails for window shutters, streamlining your workflow and ensuring perfect alignment. This robust machine handles standard pitch racks and trestles, accommodating a useful length of 2800 mm with a 27/36 mm pitch.
Designed for versatility, it achieves groove depths from 0 to 20 mm and lengths up to 120 mm, with an adjustable inclination between 20ยฐ and 45ยฐ. The powerful 3 HP, 400V 50Hz motor drives spindles at 9600 rpm, accepting 10 mm tooling, and can process wooden uprights from a minimum of 20 x 40 mm up to a maximum of 100 x 110 mm.
