Designed for demanding workshop environments, this 415V 3-phase machine handles laminate thicknesses from 0.4 to 1 mm and heights up to 70 mm at a speed of 12 m/min. The integrated high-frequency Italian trimming motor (12,000 rpm) cleans excess overhang on 90-degree profiles, while the grooving saw unit prepares kitchen tops for water-resistant sealing, making it a complete solution for professional joinery.

Compatibility
Compatible with laminate thicknesses from 0.4 mm to 1 mm and laminate heights up to 70 mm. Suitable for both 90-degree (half turn) and 180-degree (full turn) profiles. Designed for use with contact adhesive; Tac adhesive glue is recommended for square form applications.
How to use
Begin by allowing the infrared heaters 5-10 minutes to reach operating temperature. Feed the laminate through the top and bottom heating units, then guide it onto the profiled edge using the feed profile rollers. The profile cartridge can be set for three different profiles. For 90-degree profiles, engage the bottom trimming unit to clean excess overhang; for full 180-degree profiles, lower the trimming motor and switch it off. Use the grooving saw unit on kitchen tops to create a channel for water-resistant sealing with silicone or hot-melt.
