Equipped with six pressing cylinders delivering 300 tonnes of total thrust and a maximum specific pressure of 6.5 kg/cm², this machine ensures flawless bonding across large 2500 x 1800 mm panels. The integrated digital touch-screen controls and a 60 kW electric boiler for thermal oil heating provide precise, repeatable cycle management.

How to use
Load the workpiece onto the lower movable platen. Using the digital touch-screen interface, set the required pressure, temperature, and cycle time parameters. The upstroke design raises the lower platen to meet the intermediate platens, applying up to 300 tonnes of force with thermal oil heating to bond the veneer. Always ensure the Mylar covering is clean before operation to prevent surface defects.
