All functions, including temperature, pre-heating, pressing time, and pressure phases, are precisely controlled by a programmable PLC directly from the control board.

How to use

Select the desired operating mode via the PLC control board. For membrane-free operation, load the panel directly onto the tray. For membrane operation, ensure the membrane is hooked in place before loading. Set your temperature, pre-heating time, pressing time, and pressure parameters on the control board. The same-side tray system allows a single operator to load and unload efficiently.
